After graduating LHS,went to the Academy of Aeronautics at LaGuardia Airport and received a AAS in Aeronautical Design Technology and then to University of New Haven for a BS in Mechanical Eng. Started working in Sales Engineering for Heating/AC controls to manufacturers and after five years got into the battery business. I am still in the battery business working for EnerSys, the largest industrial/commercial battery manufacturer in the world and have had a remarkable career in technical support. market development, product development, program development and am now the Business Manager for a $60 million division and just completed my 20th year. My wife Teddi and I have five children and 13 grandchildren and live in Lees Summit, Missouri directly on a semi private lake. We have our ski boat directly in front of our home and spend nearly every Saturday boating with our children and grandchildren. Family and church are most important to us and with such a large family of all who live near by, we are together continuously. We have one daughter living in Wilmington and my parents Ron & Audrey also live in the Wilmington, NC area. We are greatly blessed and enjoy life fully. (Last update 11/20/07)

My husband and I have been married for 45 years. Our two daughters are married — the elder daughter has been married for 20 years and has three sons; our younger daughter has been married for 10 years and has one son; our son is engaged to be married.
