Retired. Enjoying my children and my grandchild (Last update 9/16/17) 40th Reunion attendee.
I’m married with two children, Ben a sophomore in college and Emma, a junior in high school. After high school I worked in the film business in New York where I met my husband, Ron, who was a film editor. We moved to L.A. where we lived for 11 years years. Six years ago we moved to Maine where Ron writes and I design books and work for politically liberal causes. (Last update 3/22/07)

We sold our house on Hilton Head Island about two years ago when our “ kids” and now four grandchildren ended up in NJ during Covid. We really wanted to be close to family, so our Retirement Plan completely changed. Our grandkids are 9 and 2 from our daughter and 4 and 2 from our son. Three boys and a girl- pure joy. Ron and I are healthy and happy. I’ve been spending the last two years painting portraits—wanted to change things up during Covid. Ron still works part time. We are very blessed! Cannot believe how time flies. (Last updated 10/30/22)

Pensack, Robert (Bobby) (rpensack@gmail.com)
Now a semi-retired psychiatrist, I’ve lived in Colorado since graduating high school in 1968. In reality, I am an LHS Reunion Crasher. I actually graduated high school from Newark Academy in 1968. However, since many of my childhood friends graduated from LHS, and in light of my growing up in Livingston and attending the public schools until HS, I have been crashing our reunions since our 45th. I attended the University of Colorado, Boulder for college followed by medical school and residency also at the University of Colorado. I raised my family in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and presently reside in Denver. (Updated 1/02/23) 40th & 50th Reunion attendee.
After leaving Livingston I spent some time in the Bronx, Buffalo and Staten Island (what a lineup!) and have now been in Long Island since 1986. I’ve been married for 35 years to Gene, an assistant DA in Queens, and we have 2 sons. Zack is 27, just admitted to the Bar this week and also working as a prosecutor. Luke is 23, just finished film editing school and begins a new job tomorrow. After many years in law firm support I’m now the Administrator for a small temple in Great Neck. (Last update 11/18/07)
My husband Howard and I have been married for 35 years this coming July. We have two wonderful daughters. I have been an elementary school librarian for the past 18 years. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. (Last update 4/24/07) 40th Reunion attendee.
After College moved into Morris County. Took over the family roofing firm and turned it into a major tri-state Historic (Commerial) Restoration Construction Firm. We have completed train stations such as Hoboken Terminal, Oradell Train Station, and various others. Churchs and cathedral are also our favorites. Carnegie Hall, Battery Maritine Terminal and Museum of Natural History are my favorites. Just got married again. With six kids we both have an active life. Nope, no grandkids yet. The youngest is still just 16. OOHHH those were the days. BUT life is sure different for them now than it was for us. Besides helping to write three technical manuals on Architectural Metal and helping to run various Local and national business-related organizations, I’m now on the Board of Directors for a worthwhile organization called Preservation New Jersey. I guess all the class and student council representative positions had set me up for this. (Last update 11/21/07) 40th Reunion attendee.
Never wants to hear from us again.
Praizner, Robert (bobrz100@comcast.net)
After high school, I attended the University of Wyoming for 3 years, 1968 – 1971, majored in Zoology. Left school, worked various trades for awhile, carpenter, plumber, tree surgeon. Applied for and became a Summit, N.J. Police Officer in 1972 at age 22. In 1980 I applied for and became a Bridgewater Twp., N.J. Police Officer. I spent the next 18 years there primarily as a Patrol Officer and Emergency First Responder, and then later as a Detective and Criminal Investigator, retiring in 1998. In the year 2000 I became a Campus Security Officer for the Kent Place School in Summit, N.J., an upscale girl’s Prep School. I recently retired from this job, 6/2018, ending my time there as the Campus Safety Chief. In between all of this I have been married and divorced. I currently live in Summit, N.J. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren who own my heart and soul…. (Last update 12/9/18)
Married 42 years to Glen Umland (LHS ‘71) and except for two years in California I have been a life-long resident of Morris County NJ. After getting a PhD in immunology, I spent a career as a research scientist in drug discovery at Schering-Plough (now Merck) followed by 9 years at a pharmaceutical consulting company. I retired at the end of 2016 and keep occupied with volunteer activities: SHIP Medicare counselor, literacy tutor, and meals on wheels. Looking for more/different opportunities. Still taking classes at the gym, love biking (especially on the Cape) and walking. Since retiring I have been enjoying the freedom to travel (Europe, Alaska, Iceland) with friends. Looking forward to a fall trip to Ireland with Pam Bosworth and our 50th class reunion. (Last update 4/3/18) 40th & 50th Reunion attendee.
